Terms and Conditions
- A deposit of 50% is required to book the vacation home
- The other 50% should be cleared within 24 hours of checking in
- No refunds but booking can be redeemable for future dates
- Check-in time is 11:00 am and checkout time is 10:30 am
- Late checkout is chargeable at Ksh 500 per hour
- An early booking fee of half the price of the house is applicable for early check-ins
- If anything is broken or damaged, it should be replaced either physically upon quality assessment to meet the company’s standards or financially, before checkout
- Upon arrival into the house, kindly sign in to the guest book and read the house manual provided
- Personal clothes cleaning offered at personal cost
- The vacation home is cleaned after every one day at no extra cost
- If the vacation home is booked at the standard rate, tokens shall be provided to the guests otherwise guests are required to top up their tokens. The host will provide the first two round of tokens measurable by the number of rooms booked.
- Caution is advised in the use of AC as it consumes a lot of power. Fans are highly recommended and open balcony doors for fresh air and sea breeze are highly recommended.
- The maximum number of guests allowed in each room are as follows:
4 bedroom – 10 pax 3 bedroom – 6 pax 2 bedroom – 4 pax 1 bedroom – 3 pax
SQ – 2 pax - Extra guests are charged at Ksh 1,000 per person
- An extra mattress can be reserved in the deposit at Ksh 1,000 per mattress.
- To access the house, a code to the lockbox will be provided to you. You can also reach out to the house manager through the number 0725 239 616
- All guests are urged to be considerate of their neighbors and reduce noise during gatherings.
- Force majeure: in case of natural disasters, pandemics, and other unforeseeable circumstances, the host reserves the right to cancel the booking for the safety of all parties involved.
- The host reserves the right to update and inform guests of any terms and conditions without interference from third parties
- Guests are encouraged to have their own health and travel insurance covers as the host will not be liable to any accidents or injuries that occur within the home
- If the guests do not follow the above rules and regulations, the host is allowed to terminate their stay unless there is an amicable understanding formed between the two parties in 12 hours.
- Guests data will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy

- No pets allowed unless prior arrangement is made and pets fee is paid
- Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition
- Host and authorized personnel May access the property for maintainable or emergencies with reasonable notice
- Disputes are preferably resolved through mediation and in extreme cases through legal jurisdiction
- Host commits to providing accurate information on the status of the houses, affordable and comfortable accommodation and treat all our guests equally

- Tokens worth Ksh 500 will be provided on the morning of every 4th day for long term guests. If they end before that period, the guest is required to top up.
- Drinking water shall also be provided on the morning of each 4th day.
- And then anyone who tries to book between 12:01 am and 10:30 am the promo code automatically declines. There can be a disclaimer saying the promo code is not applicable to early check-ins.
